Processing new hires often requires a lot of legal paperwork, so the introduction of a pass probation letter is much needed. It would mean a successful transition on the part of the employee and would celebrate his success. If you want to mention any area where you want to improve while working with them may bring or any feedback you received during your probation period brings a positive impact on you. Like, "To demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning, I'd also like to discuss any areas for improvement identified during my probation period. I value constructive feedback and see it as an opportunity to further develop my skills." 

Ending with a Thank You: 

Always end the letter by thanking again the company for giving you the opportunity and your continuous eagerness to work with them. "Thank you once again for your trust and consideration. I eagerly await the chance to further contribute to [Company Name]'s success."
